Rules for Returns

A few things should be observed to ensure that everything goes smooth during processing returns and that there is no additional work for all parties.

Most of returns are: 

Before sending back  returns to Westland please check/ prepare: 

  1. What kind of return is it?
  2. If warranty return....
    - Is this an application problem or a manufacturing problem?
    - Time of sale? ( Warranty time is 12 month)
    - If you need a replacement roller in advance, you have to order it against additional charge
    - After inspection of claimed roller and acceptance of your claim you will get the payment back for the original order. 
  3. Each return must be announced with our return form by email or by app (see here:  Return Form Digital)
  4. Additionally a return form (paper version) must be included to the shipment of returned roller
